The only thing place I have been able to find the font is on a few sketchy sites as well as microsofts own page where they are attempting to sell it for licensing or some purpose I'm not sure of. Actually most widely used fonts recently is (Hanyang/MS) Gulim since it looks much better in PC monitor and it’s default font in Windows XP. I have tried downloading the Korean Supplimental pack on windows which claims to have Gulim to no avail.
